This dessert is absolutly fabulous! It’s so easy to make, quickly done and a complete hit. I did this Fruity Tiramisu for our easter lunch and it was gone within seconds! Everybody loved it! And another plus: it’s not heavy on the stomach 🙂
Ingredients
1 pkg. ladyfinger / sponge finger
3-4 shots orange juice
250 gr mascarpone
250 gr curd
2 dl cream, whipped
85 gr sugar
1/2 pkg. vanilla sugar
250 gr raspery or berry mix
Serves 6 people
Directions
Put some berries aside for decoration.
Lay the ladyfingers in a flat bowl. Drip the orange juice over the ladyfingers (it mustn’t be soaked). In a second bowl mix the mascarpone, curd, whipped cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and berries. Spread the mix over the ladyfingers and decorate it with the berries put aside earlier. And that’s it – you’re done!
Cool the Fruity Tiramisu for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
Variation
Use a hand blender to mix up the ingredients. This way your Fruity Tiramisu will be colored by the berries you used. Looks beautiful 🙂
